質(zhì)量標準： 【產(chǎn)品介紹】COX1 / Cyclooxygenase 1, also known 
as Prostaglandin-endoperoxide synthase (PTGS), is the 
key enzyme in prostaglandin biosynthesis and acts both as 
a dioxygenase and as a peroxidase. There are two isozymes 
of COX1 / Cyclooxygenase 1: a constitutive COX1 and 
an inducible COX2, which differ in their regulation 
of expression and tissue distribution. COX1 / 
Cyclooxygenase 1 regulates angiogenesis in endothelial 
cells and is inhibited by nonsteroidal 
anti-inflammatory drugs such as aspirin. It is thought to 
be involved in cell-cell signaling and maintaining 
tissue homeostasis (1).
